You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally authorized to enter into this agreement.

PlanPilot AI is intended for educators, schools, school districts, educational organizations, and other authorized users.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• protecting your password
• all activity that occurs under your account

You agree to provide accurate and current account information.

You agree not to:

• use PlanPilot AI for unlawful purposes
• upload malicious software
• interfere with system security
• attempt unauthorized access
• copy or reverse engineer the software
• use automated tools to overload the service
• violate the intellectual property rights of others

You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded materials are legally owned or licensed for your use.

PlanPilot AI uses artificial intelligence to assist educators.

AI-generated lesson plans, instructional materials, and recommendations are intended as educational support tools.

Teachers remain responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all generated content before classroom use.

PlanPilot AI does not guarantee that AI-generated content will always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every instructional situation.

You retain ownership of the content you upload, including:

• curriculum documents
• lesson templates
• pacing guides
• standards documents
• instructional resources

By uploading content, you grant PlanPilot AI permission to process that content solely for providing and improving the requested services.

We do not claim ownership of your instructional materials.

The PlanPilot AI platform, software, branding, logos, graphics, website content, and original instructional frameworks are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• PlanPilot AI®
• EXPLORE™ Framework
• website design
• software functionality
• original graphics
• documentation

You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially reproduce these materials without written permission.

Some features require a paid subscription.

• Subscription pricing is displayed before purchase.
• By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing until canceled.
• Applicable taxes may apply.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically refund previous payments.

Refund requests will be reviewed according to applicable law and our refund policy.

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, updates, internet outages, or technical issues may occasionally affect access.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features when necessary.

PlanPilot AI may integrate with third-party services such as:

• authentication providers
• payment processors
• cloud hosting providers
• artificial intelligence providers

Your use of those services may also be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

PlanPilot AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlanPilot AI shall not be liable for:

• indirect damages
• incidental damages
• consequential damages
• lost profits
• lost instructional time
• loss of data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlanPilot AI from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• your misuse of the service
• violation of these Terms
• infringement of another person's rights
• unlawful use of uploaded materials

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Users may also delete their accounts at any time through account settings.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may revise these Terms from time to time.

The "Last Updated" date will indicate the most recent revision.

Continued use of PlanPilot AI after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
