4AI-Generated Content
PlanPilot AI uses artificial intelligence to assist educators.
AI-generated lesson plans, instructional materials, and recommendations are intended as educational support tools.
Teachers remain responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all generated content before classroom use.
PlanPilot AI does not guarantee that AI-generated content will always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every instructional situation.
5User Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload, including:
- curriculum documents
- lesson templates
- pacing guides
- standards documents
- instructional resources
By uploading content, you grant PlanPilot AI permission to process that content solely for providing and improving the requested services.
We do not claim ownership of your instructional materials.
6Intellectual Property
The PlanPilot AI platform, software, branding, logos, graphics, website content, and original instructional frameworks are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- PlanPilot AI®
- EXPLORE™ Framework
- website design
- software functionality
- original graphics
- documentation
You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially reproduce these materials without written permission.
7Subscriptions & Payments
Some features require a paid subscription.
- Subscription pricing is displayed before purchase.
- By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing until canceled.
- Applicable taxes may apply.
8Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically refund previous payments.
Refund requests will be reviewed according to applicable law and our refund policy.
9Availability of Service
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Maintenance, updates, internet outages, or technical issues may occasionally affect access.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the twelve months preceding the claim.
